due to the unavoidable sircumstances of our
family. I could not pay my tution fees for the months from April to June
in time. As such my name has been struck off of the register for non-payment of
days.
So, I request the favour of your kindly permitting me to get myself re-admittid
remitting the delay fines and on payment of the usual fees only.
